Micro

The micro has evolved from the popularity of many hybrid or funboards. As and alternative to a fish the micro has greater sensitivity in the pocket. While your general fish will surf a tad like a coffee table in the steepest section (but do killer figure 8 cutties all day) the micro can give you the added paddleabilty of a bigger board. The flatter rocker aids wave catching and all around speed but will adjust a tighter arc in the pocket. Tri fin, four fin or single fin centre and small side fins.
